Ensuring authentic flavours, combining innovation with tradition, respecting the environment and contributing to a more sustainable future. These are the principles which L’Italiana Aromi, a company specialising in the production of flavours, will bring with it and promote in Cologne from 5th to 9th October at Anuga 2013, one of the most important international events in the agrifood sector.
With thousands of international operators, over 6,000 exhibitors, 300 thousand square metres of exhibition area, for L’Italiana Aromi Anuga represents astrategic choice to confirm the excellence of its own “made in Italy” products in the food & beverage sector. After its first successful participation at Anuga 2011, an edition which confirmed the international vocation of L’Italiana Aromi, the Lombardy-based company returns with a stand full of novelties. Focus of the exhibition space will be the “Flavours for life” claim. Because flavours are an important part of everyday life and the expertise and experience of L’Italiana Aromi are a guarantee for products with an authentic taste and of the highest quality.
The spotlight will be on the Beverage division in particular, a sector in which L’Italiana Aromi boasts over a hundred years of experience and a wide range aimed at the world of alcoholic and non-alcoholic, traditional, health, enriched or energising drinks. Raw materials of the highest quality, cutting-edge tecnological expertise and creative abilities make this division the company’s pride and joy. An example is the Brewed Tea which has already been on offer for some years now in three different flavours: green tea, lemon tea, peach tea. Thanks to a preparation which is based exclusively on the infusion of tea leaves in hot water, this product maintains a very high polyphenol content and preserves the authentic taste of home-brewed tea.
Anuga 2013 will be the opportunity to present to an international audience also the other three divisions – Savoury, Health and Nutrition and Sweet Applications – which, thanks to innovative proposals and constant technological updating, represent well the ability of L’Italiana Aromi to interpret and anticipate market needs.
“It will be an important moment for meeting and comparing” confirms Laura Tirelli, Marketing Manager of L’Italiana Aromi. “In Cologne we will be in the front row, along with many other operators, to promote the quality and expertise in our sector and the value of “Made in Italy”. We have to make manufacturers and consumers more and more aware of a consumption which aims at better quality at the right price. It’s a task that begins with us, too, as we do not compromise on our choice of raw materials and have made quality and innovation our hallmark.”
