On Wednesday 7 February we will host the first stage of Factory Tour 2018 at our plants in Carate Brianza. The project is promoted by Randstand, second global leader in the HR industry, and was developed in collaboration with the Universitá degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. This year 35 students of the Master in Management for the development of human capital (MACU) will have the opportunity to visit four companies in the Milan and Bergamo area, including Randstad headquarters in Milan.
“We have decided to join this initiative because we believe it is fundamental to create a bridge between the school system and the work world, initiating a dialogue that gives the managers of the future the opportunity to get a closer look into Italy’s entrepreneurial environment – says Laura Tirelli, owner and sales manager at L’Italiana Aromi – Now more than ever we need educated and motivate young people to look at Italy as a country of opportunities and growth.”
The Factory Tour will last roughly two hours and will be guided by Randstad’s staff. Students will have the opportunity to visit the offices as well as the production plants of l’Italiana Aromi, meet the company’s managers and have conversations about their HR policies and how these impact production.
